FAQ’s
Payments:
All payments must be received within 48 hours of receiving PayPal invoice.
All payments are to be made through PayPal only
Shipping:
Boutique items can take up 3-4 weeks to receive from manufacturer
Custom Creations can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped
If needed sooner please inquire about turnaround times prior to placing order rush order fee may apply
Returns~Exchanges~Credits:
No refunds will be granted on custom creations or personalized items
Non personalized items can be returned for store credit minus original shipping charges within 1 week of receiving item. Item must be shipped back within 1 week of receiving it. Purchaser is required to pay all return shipping charges.
